What we do

AM Fitness is a premium fitness service for people wanting to get in shape and achieve serious results.

We run a series of fun and friendly fitness boot camps in 3 locations across Cambridge for all age ranges.

Every session is different and we pride ourselves on our welcoming atmosphere and support.

What to expect in our bootcamp sessions

Our sessions consist of a blend of high intensity cardio and strength exercises programmed by our specialist coaches to help our clients achieve the goal of their choice. If you are looking to build muscle. loose weight or both, AMFitness Boot Camps will allow you to achieve your goal.

Bootcamps are a great way to get in shape and the variation within the classes really helps to make it a sustainable habit to improve your fitness and health.

Being in a class of people is also super motivating as everyone is there to make a change and help one another. Going to the gym can get very boring and repetitive and unless you’re going with people you don’t always have someone pushing you and supporting you to improve each week.

Diet & nutrition advice

We also give our clients a FREE tailored calorie calculation so they are fuelling their body’s with the correct macronutrients in order to get the most out of their Bootcamp experience. This is how we are able to get  outstanding results by looking after our clients not just at the Bootcamps, but also giving them the knowledge/understanding of what is required to reach their goals.


Getting through a challenging workout builds confidence and self esteem. Look into yourself and realise that you just did something so good for your mind and body. Then sit back, refuel and enjoy the endorphins that will make you feel amazing.

Torch Calories

Bootcamps are a great way to torch calories. At first it’s challenging, but once the sweat starts to pour down your face, you realise the combination of the cardio and constant repetitions is doing your body a favour.

Burn 400-600 calories

Expect to burn between 400 to 600 calories during a session. By doing high intensity intervals of strength training, mixed with bursts of cardio, gives you a total body workout while torching body fat.

Cardio and Weights

Mixing it up between cardio and strength training is essential for weight loss because you need the fat burning cardio paired with the muscle building training to get the results you want.
