What is Personal Training?

Use of personal trainers is becoming more popular simply because it produces results, regardless of your age or physical condition. Most people who exercise have a desire to reach a goal: lose weight, tone up, stay young, or simply feel better. Working with a personal trainer ensures your exercise time will be targeted and effectively on a 1-1 basis.

Upon expressing interest you will receive a free call from one of our trainers to help understand your goals, circumstances and preferences.

Training programme

Following your first session, our trainers will begin to personalise a training programme tailored to your desired goals. To complement this, our trainers will also calculate your required macro nutrient split and give you meal plan ideas.

Book your first session

After your free consultation, its time to book your first session. Either at your home or any other desired location. We can bring all equipment needed for the session to you.

Work together

Work alongside your trainer and watch yourself transform mentally and physically.

Price: £45 per session
Block of 10 sessions: £400

I first came in contact with Alex through my tennis club, he was doing a conditioning session with the performance players, it looked like the kids were loving it so I asked him at the end if he could train me. That was the best decision I made, we had a chat about my goal to lose weight and become generally fit. A few days later I booked my first 1-2-1 personal training session. I met Alex in the park near my house and we did our first session. He pushed me out of my comfort comfort zone and the results since have been outstanding, I’m now over a stone lighter and my confidence is back. To compliment my 1-2-1 personal training sessions I did a couple of his bootcamps, it was nice to train in a group too.
